PURPOSE: To provide Zn-Ti-alloy-plating excellent in sliding properties as for the Zn-Ti-alloy-plating manufactured by a vapor phase plating method. ;CONSTITUTION: (1) This Zn-Ti-alloy-plated metallic material is excellent in sliding properties in which a Zn-Ti-alloy-plated layer formed on a metallic material by vapor phase plating is constituted substantially of an amorphous Zn-Ti plase as well as neither a Zn phase or a Ti phase is not contained. (2) This Zn-Ti-alloy-plated metallic material is excellent in sliding properties in which a Zn-Ti-alloy-plated layer formed on a metallic material by vapor phase plating is constituted substantially of a Zn-Ti intermetallic compound as well as neither a Zn phase nor a Ti phase is not contained.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1994,JPO&Japio
