PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of vibration and noise by installing an excavating stirring drill in turnable manners by a turning means and installing a chucking means for chucking an inside steel plate of a pile for erecting. CONSTITUTION:A two-stage pulley 8 for driving a driving device 6 revolves, and a fixed pulley 10 and a movable pulley 10a are revolved. Then, the excavating stirring drills 11 and 11a installed onto both the pulleys 10 and 10a excavate the underground, and the movable pulley 10a and the excavating stirring drill 11a are turned by a turning means 15. Then, an H-shaped steel member B which is chucked by a fixing type suspension arm 21 and a movable type pressing arm 23 is erected onto the underground. After the chucking for the H-shaped steel member B is released, the excavating stirring drills 11 and 11a are raised.
