The transition comprises a conductor, a first end of which is in galvanic contact with the main power supply point a of the antenna (1) and which passes through the substrate (2) of the antenna (1) in the direction of its thickness and opens into the waveguide, or the cavity (12), by a hole (9) in the end wall of the waveguide, or of said cavity (12), the second end of said conductor is in galvanic contact with an internal lateral wall of the waveguide, or of the cavity (12), substantially in the middle transverse that - c 1 and at a distance from the end wall equal to approximately a quarter of the length of the guided wave in the waveguide, or the cavity (12), the plane containing the driver is substantially perpendicular to the wide side wall 12 "of the waveguide or cavity (12).
