Device for moving material from one part to another without increased space requirement - has drive and guide with parallel crank mechanism with rotatable arms and additional arms supported by crank mechanism etc.
Sewn material part is moved from a first position to a second position on a straight-line path by a holder for the material, with a drive and a guide with a parallel crank mechanism with a pair of arms, rotatable on stationary frame bearings, and an additional pair of arms supported by the crank mechanism and the holder, forming a second crank mechanism. Mechanisms are moveable on different planes at angles to the path of movement adding up to 180 deg. Movement directions of the pairs of arms are opposite. ADVANTAGE - Increase of movement without increasesd space requirement.
