The grinding machine for wooden work has a frame (10) with table (14) accommodating the work. A motor-driven grinder with tool (32,18,42) is also mounted on the frame together with an exhaustion system, whose collector head (30) is immediately adjacent to the tool. The grinder, table and head slide and/or hinge in relation to each other on three or more axes. The table can work in a horizontal guide (12) on the frame, while the grinder works in one (16) at right angles to the table guide. USE/ADVANTAGE - Simplicity, and usable both for large surfaces and narrow components.
