abstract description of the system is made of a non-woven fabric container of thermoplastic polymer filaments, shaped zippered pocket containing an active substance soluble in water.it is intended to provide a sustained release increased linearly, of the active substance in an aqueous medium.for an active ingredient, the desired diffusion kinetics are obtained by adjusting, according to the availability of the active principle, the surface of the nonwoven fabric, and the degree of hydrophilicity of the latter.to this end, it has, by a polysiloxane or a quaternary ammonium salt or a perfluoro compound, or an acrylic resin and paraffin wax.
