This device is to be attached to a vaporizer of an espresso coffee maker so that the milk can be emulsified and heated. This is necessary to prepare the so called Italian cappuccino. This device is made up of a unit that inside of which there are two cavities that communicate and converge into a drainage conduit. The first cavity, is in the shape of a Venturi tube, and is attached to the vaporizer of the espresso coffee machine. The second cavity, that is basically cylindrical, is connected to a milk container. This cavity has a hole for the necessary air used in the emulsification of the milk that will subsequently be steam heated.
