PURPOSE: To establish a dyeing method which does not induce carcinoma and enables clear and high sensitivity detection and correct diagnosis by using a naphthosultam derivative represented by a specific formula and an aromatic primary amine compound as a chromagen. ;CONSTITUTION: According to this dyeing method, a naphthosultam derivative represented by a formula and an aromatic primary amine compound are used as the chromagen. In the formula, X is a hdryogen atom, a leaving atom or a leaving radical, and (m) indicates an integer 0-5. The oxygen is a labelling oxygen of the oxygen antibody method, preferably, peroxidase. A specific component to be measured is a substance or a group of substances from which a specific substance to be coupled with the specific component is obtained, e.g. protein, nucleic acid, hormone, etc. For the matrix medium able to be used to carry a generated pigment, a film of cellulose acetate or nitrocellulose, etc., is used.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
