PURPOSE: To reduce costs by driving plural piles into the underwater ground at intervals, and fixing a sheet-like screen to the piles to spread and stretch it in the direction in which the piles are arranged. ;CONSTITUTION: Plural piles 18 are driven in order into the bottom 15 of a groove formed in the underwater ground 10 at intervals. A long sheet 22, the width of which is equal to the length ranging from the upper end of the pile 18 to the bottom 15, is formed by a laminated body made of am unwoven fabric and a rubber-coating net, or a laminated body made of an unwoven fabric, a net, and a rubber plate. Then, cylindrical bags 24, the lower ends of which are open, are attached to the sheet 22 at the same intervals as those of the piles 18 to form a screen 20. The screen 20 is suspended and lowered by a floating crane to be mounted to the piles so that the bags 24 cover the piles 18. Further, the screen is connected to an adjacent screen 20 by a fastener 46, and the lower ends of the screens 20 are buried in the bottom 15 of the groove with earth and sand. Thus, the number of the piles can be reduced, and the pile-driving time and the cost for antitrust treatment of piles can be reduced.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
