CONSTITUTION:A honorific expression dictionary 11 is constituted of the description of the words and phrases, and a honorific expression index for the honorific expression, and the honorific expression can be retrieved from the description of the words and phrases. A detecting part 12 collates the description of the words and phrases in a document data 2 with the description of the words and phrases stored in the honorific expression dictionary 11, searches the honorific expression index, and detects the honorific expression of the words and phrases in the document data 2 from the honorific expression index. A correcting part 13 communicates the words and phrases having the honorific expression in the document data detected by the detecting part 12 to the document preparing person, and corrects it according to the indication of the document preparing person.
