PURPOSE:To stabilize the liquid level within a liquid supply tank under fine gravity environment and prevent an injection gas or a liquid containing the injection gas therein from flowing out from a liquid discharge hole. CONSTITUTION:In a liquid supply tank 1 having a gas injection hole 2 and a liquid discharge hole 3 opposite to each other, a baffle plate 6 deflecting an injection gas G from the gas injection hole 2 in the direction laid along the inner wall of the liquid supply tank 1 is provided within the liquid supply tank 1 in opposition to the gas injection hole 2, so that the injection gas G injected into the liquid supply tank 2 from the gas injection hole 2 is collided with the baffle plate 6 and run along the inner wall of the liquid supply tank 1, a liquid level 4 is stabilized to collect a liquid 5 toward the liquid discharge hole 3, and only the liquid 5 is run out from the liquid discharge hole 3.
