PURPOSE: To variably control a resonance frequency while maintaining a characteristic of acceleration, convergency, etc., of a particle by providing a pair of rods pressably and vertically movably in both side parts of a pair of supports for supporting a pair of the rods. ;CONSTITUTION: A pair of rods 13a, 13d and a pair of rods 13b, 13c are supported to upper parts of the first/second supports 12a, 12b on a base plate 11 by interposing a beam. A frequency varibale device 14 is provided in both sides of the supports 12a, 12b. The device 14 is provided capable of pressing and vertically moving a side stem 15 relating to side surfaces of the supports 12a, 12b. The system 15 is vertically moved by a motor 20 to change height to a beam position. The system 15 is advanced or retracted by a motor 22 to move the support 12b, and a space D is changed between the supports 12a, 12b.
