PURPOSE: To obtain a natural type growth hormone in a large amount without mixing a toxin therein by separating the growth hormone secreted into a culture solution according to the organ culture of a hypophysis in a rainbow trout. ;CONSTITUTION: An extracted hypophysis in a rainbow trout is subjected to the organ culture to secrete a growth hormone into a culture solution. The growth hormone accumulated in the culture solution is then separated from the culture solution. The temperature for the organ culture is preferably 4-25°C.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
