PURPOSE: To prepare the title compsn. which gives a coated substrate exhibiting a very high water repellency and adheres strongly to the substrate by compounding an org. resin soln. contg. a highly water-repellent resin with a specified amt. of fine inorg. or org. particles. ;CONSTITUTION: The title compsn. is prepd. by compounding an org. resin soln. contg. a widely known, highly water-repellent resin such as a fluororesin, a silicone resin, a polypropylene resin, or a polyethylene resin, or a resin consisting of a copolymer having monomer units of one of those resins with fine inorg. or org. particles in an amt. of 5-60wt.% based on the solid content of the soln. The compsn. forms a coating film having a very higher water-repellency than the one conventionally obtd.
