摘要

PURPOSE: To enable a reflection position of a shock wave within a gas circulation body to be detected easily and positively. ;CONSTITUTION: An inner surface of a top part plate 12 constituting a gas circulation body main body 10 is formed by a liquid crystal temperature-sensitive element plate 17 which is coated with a liquid crystal temperature-sensitive element. An ultrasonic gas flow N with a temperature which is different from a surface temperature of the liquid crystal temperature-sensitive element plate 17 is fed to an inside of the gas circulation body main body 10, a tint distribution of the liquid crystal temperature-sensitive element plate 17 is observed, and then a reflection position of shock wave is specified according to the tint distribution.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
