PURPOSE: To obtain a polymer compd. based on a thermoplastic polymer and a polyaniline. ;CONSTITUTION: In a polymer compd. based on a thermoplastic polymer and a polyaniline, the thermoplastic polymer contains a functional monomer unit and the polyaniline is substantially grafted on the thermoplastic polymer by the reaction of terminal NH₂ of the polyaniline and the functional monomer unit of the thermoplastic polymer.
