PURPOSE:To easily use merging data at the time of merging in integrated software where softwares of a word processor, table calculation, filing, etc., are integrated. CONSTITUTION:A merging document having a merging mark and table data as merging data are generated independently of each other, and a part to be used as merging data is extracted from table data and is stuck to a clip board. Table data stuck to the clip board is quoted on the word processor. Ruled lines are so deleted that table data in plural rows can be used as merging data of one page on the word processor, and a page delimiter mark 3 and an intra-page delimiter mark 4 are inserted to generate merging data. Thereafter, the merging document is called to perform merging after merging data on the word processor is stuck to the clip board.
