PURPOSE: To obtain the large temperature difference by installing a warm heat source for a warm heat ball and a cold heat source for a cold heat ball and using an electronic cooling element for a cold heat source, thus preventing the generation of thermal loss and temperature drift due to the polarity change. ;CONSTITUTION: A cold heat ball 1 and a warm heat ball 2 are connected through a connecting pipe 3, and a cold heat source due to an electronic cooling element 4 is installed in the upper part of the cold heat ball 1, and a warm heat source due to a heater 5 is installed in the upper part of the warm heat ball 2. Electricity is supplied to the electricity feeding lines 8 of both the heat sources from an electricity feeding system outside through a collector 6. The absorbed heat generated on the element endothermic surface of the cooling element 4 is transmitted to a skin contact part 1b through a joint surface la, and the skin contact part 1b is put into a cold heat state having a low temperature. While, the generated heat on the element exothermic surface is transmitted to the water in a water introducing pipe 9b through the undersurface of a water cooling plate 9. Further, the water in the water introducing pipe 9b is allowed to circulate through a joint 11 and a water supply/discharge tube 12 by a water cooling system installed outside, and discharged outside, and heat is liberated.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1993,JPO&Japio
