Controlling operation of work process esp. electroerosion - involves establishing a range of work specifications and functions, removing work condition data and counting up combination values and calculation of satisfaction values
Establishing working conditions in a process involving several work specifications consists of; 1) establishing the range of work specifications and function made up of values giving the deg. of satisfaction of a given parameter; 2) removing from each work condition data relating to the work condition and counting up all the combinations of values which are suitable within the specified ranges; 3) calculating each whole satisfaction value by multiplying each satisfaction value w.r.t. specification and determining the conditions which give the highest satisfaction values with respect to each other. Esp. in electro-erosion processes. USE/ADVANTAGE - Optimal conditions are used without the need for an experienced operator.
