Hydraulic device for pressure control using two-stage valve - incorporates pressure difference valve reducing pressure rise speed so that pressure peaks caused by pressure excess vibration in hydraulic installation can be obviated
The two-stage pressure control valve has a main valve between its forward and return feeds, of which the main slide loaded by a spring and the pressure in at least one control chamber is influenced hydraulically by a pre-control valve with a pre-control slide. Means are provided for limiting the pressure ride speed in the forward feed, and the pressure control valve has at least one chamber exposed to the pressure rise. The means (12) for limiting the pressure rise speed have a dead volume (39), which is connected via a throttle (48) to a main valve chamber (28) exposed to pressure rise, and a pressure difference valve (11) has a control component (35) adjustable under the influence of a pressure drop caused by the throttle (48) against the force of a spring (37).
