Solar cell drive for mirror sphere activated by irradiation lamp - has number of solar cells connected in parallel dependent on size of mirror sphere rotated by bell armature motor fed by current from solar cells with lamp switched on
The solar cell driven mirror sphere has light from the irradiation lamp (D) impinging on the solar cells (5) which are positioned on the mirror sphere (C) and thus produce solar current for the drive motor (3) which has a gear unit (2) and a holding tube (4). The mirror sphere (C) rotates and the drive output shaft is fixed in the cover holding plate (1), and the self supply of current for the rotation commences as soon as the lamp (D) is switched on. USE/ADVANTAGE - Solar drive for mirror sphere. Drive set needing current supply can be dispensed with. Cheaper to run and additional supply lines and energy for drive not required.
