The impeller blades (6) producing the wind engagement surfaces are rotatable around the rods (3), and inside the rods are arranged torsion springs (7), which on one side engage the bearing (2) of the rods (3) and at the other side engage the impeller blades (6), so that according to the strength of the wind different rotational angles of the impeller blades can be achieved. The impeller blades can be made of non-tearable fabric. The impeller blades can have the triangular shape of a sail. The blades can have a beam running straight or curved.
