The switching circuit acts on the fundamental or generates a first harmonic of a UF signal by a double path diode circuit (12,13). The latter produces a push pull effect, which is switched off by a control DC voltage (U) supplied to one diode. Thus, with the diodes biased, only the input fed fundamental (G) appears at the diode circuit output (8). Pref. the fundamental is supplied to diode circuit symmetrical transmitter (2-5) made in planar technique. The output signal (fundamental or the first harmonic) is decoupled from the output via a decoupled branch (6,9). USE/ADVANTAGE - For microwave doubler, with simple, low-cost design for a HF oscillator with wide band tuning.
