Continuous flat plastic sheet machine - has vertical tower with hot air draught and two conveyor belts at base to sinter falling granules before passing then through rollers
Flat sheets of plastic material are produced from superficially fused granules in equipment consisting of a holder for the granules, a fusing station where the granules are blown through with a heated gas, and a moulding station where the fused granules are consolidated together. The fusing station is a tower fed at the top, with a conveyor belt at the bottom; the moulding station has at least one vertical pair of conveyor belts, the surfaces of which are inclined towards each other. ADVANTAGE - The equipment provides continuous prodn. of flat sheets. It has a simple design.
