TITLE of THE INVENTION Attitude control system for a 3-axis stabilized satellite, in particular for an observation satellite TEXT OF L An attitude control device for a satellite stabilized along three axes in a terrestrial orbit, comprises, between a set (3, 4) of attitude detection in roll, yaw and pitch, a set (5) of at least three reaction wheels and a set of at least two magnetic coils (6X, 6Z) parallel to the roll / yaw plane: - a primary control loop adapted to be determined from attitude signals and attitude instructions, attitude correction signals intended for the wheels, to a secondary control loop adapted to be determined from attitude correction signals intended for the wheels, and signals representative of the behavior of the wheels, compensation signals intended to be applied to the magnetic coils, and - a circuit for desaturation of the pitching wheels.
