PURPOSE:To ensure the smooth turning operation of a shaft integrated with a stay having a mirror body without causing any rise due to the intrusion of a ball by fitting the shaft with a fixed ring, a cylindrical cam and a movable ring for power transmission via the ball. CONSTITUTION:A bearing gear 13 turned with an electric motor is coupled to a stay 1 having a mirror body 2 supported on a bracket case 3' secured to a body 4 in such a way as to be capable of turning, and a shaft 11 is integrated with the stay 1. In addition, a fixed ring 12 secured to the bracket case 3' is so coupled to the shaft 11 as to be capable of turning. A cylindrical cam 14 is concentrically fixed to the bearing gear 13, and a movable ring 15 is externally so coupled to the cylindrical cam 14 as to be freely slidable. Also, V-groove ball seats 11a and 12 are respectively formed on the shaft 11 and the fixed ring 12, and a V-groove ball retainer 15a is formed on the movable ring 15. Finally, a plurality of balls 8 are housed in a gap formed with the aforesaid V-grooves.
