PURPOSE:To provide the compressed air and vacuum or compressed air vacuum molding device which manufactures a molded product of good outer appearance and of simple structure and process and also its molding method by manufacturing even light plastic products such as a neck-in bottle and a triangle flask type by means of compressed air and vacuum or compressed air vacuum molding. CONSTITUTION:A device consists of a top force 1 and a bottom force 15 composed of a body forming side mold 8 and a bottom forming bottom mold 12 moving up and down by means of a lifting means 13. A plastic sheet 16 is compressed air and vacuum or compressed air vacuum molded in a mold consisting of the top force 1 and the bottom force 15 composed of the body forming side mold 8 and the bottom forcing bottom mold 12 moving up and down, and then the top force 1 and the bottom force 15 are mold opened, and said molded product is released out of the bottom forcing bottom mold 12 on which the molded product is placed through its bottom section.
