PURPOSE:To objectively confirm the correct transmission of the work contents and to attain the correct transmission of the work contents confirming a transmitter end a receiver with use of the ambiguous part of a transmission item end the item that controls the work proper to 8 subject field. CONSTITUTION:A transmission item extracting part 2 and an ambiguous part extracting part 3 are provided with a document analysis mechanism end a diagram analysis mechanism respectively and analyze the input documents and diagrams. The part 2 extracts the transmission items out of e transmission medium 1, and the part 3 extracts an ambiguous part out of the medium 1. A subject field knowledge data base 4 stores the items which controls the work proper to the subject field. Thus such items that are required to have the common recognition despite the omission of transmission are extracted. A recognition measuring item extracting part 5 arranges the items extracted from the parts 2 and 3 and the base 4 for measurement of the recognition.
