PURPOSE:To obtain powdered green tea substitute drinkable almost without resistance, providing pharmaceutical action and nutritive action while entertaining people with color, luster and flavor of powdered green tea, by using green leaf powder of Panax ginseng and spinach powder as main materials. CONSTITUTION:20-30wt.% green leaf powder of Panax ginseng and 75-65wt.% spinach powder as main materials are optionally blended with 5-15wt.% one or more of carrot, flesh of pumpkin, garland chrysanthemum, mugwort, maize, bulb of onion, bulb of potato, etc., as a subsidiary material to give a powdered green tea substitute, hot water is poured to the powdered green tea substitute and is used for drinking.
