PURPOSE:To surely grow plants by forming a containing part in the warp threads direction in a double-structural net body and containing a planting bag having plant seeds within a bag laminated with a net and a water insoluble film in the containing part. CONSTITUTION:A double-layer structural net body 2 is formed by superimposing a front net 3 and a back net and a containing space 9 is formed between both nets 3, 4 in the warp thread direction. In the bag constituted by an anti-corrosive and insoluble non-woven fabric, a fertilizer bag 14 is contained in a container 9 to charge fertilizer, soil-improving agents, and water-retaining agents. Further, a planting bag 15 having plant seeds such as pasture seeds, flower seeds, wild flower sheeds, tree seeds, etc., in the bag laminated with a net and a water soluble film is contained in the container 9.
