PURPOSE:To obtain the subject knitted fabric, excellent in heat resistance and having soft hand by mix spinning specific acrylic fiber containing a small amount of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (salt) polymerization units in AN polymerization units with cotton. CONSTITUTION:A knitted fabric is produced from mix spun yarn of acrylic fiber, obtained from an AN-based copolymer containing 0.4-1.5mol% 2- acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (salt) in AN polymerization units and having 600-1500 polymerization degree and =10% elongation at 260 deg.C with cotton.
