METHOD FOR EVENLY MIXING BARLEYS OR WHEATS AND OTHER SECONDARY RAW MATERIAL IN SOYBEAN IN PRODUCTION PROCESS FOR FERMENTED SOYBEAN AND APPARATUS THEREFOR
PURPOSE:To facilitate mixing and mix the subject grains in a state of the retained original form by mixing secondary grains such as barleys or wheats at a prescribed mixing ratio in dipped and swollen soybeans using a specific apparatus. CONSTITUTION:A hollow cylindrical divided frame unit 16 having a water flow plugging means 14 engaged with the lower end so as to enable free upward withdrawal is inserted into a housing tank unit 12 of a prescribed volume provided with a discharge valve mechanism 10 at the lower end to form a main cereal (soybean) housing part 18 and a secondary cereal (barleys or wheats) housing part 20. Soybeans are then housed in the aforementioned main cereal housing part 18 and water is subsequently fed to dip the soybeans for a prescribed time. After swelling the soybeans, dipping water is drained with the discharge valve mechanism 10 and the water flow plugging means 14 is withdrawn above the housing tank unit 12. Secondary grains are then introduced into the divided frame unit 16, which is then taken from the interior of the divided frame unit 12. Thereby, the secondary grains are longitudinally blended in the swollen soybeans and the discharge valve mechanism 10 of the housing tank unit 12 is opened. The soybeans are mixed with the secondary grains at a prescribed volume ratio while being simultaneously discharged. As a result, the objective mixing is carried out.
