PURPOSE:To reduce the medical treatment of various disease conditions and to maintain and promote health by constituting the healthy implement so that the ankle tip is formed in a deformed elliptical shape by setting an outer anklebone as a base point, the toe tip is formed so as to be shallow and deep in the upper part and the lower part, respectively, and deep/shallow and slow/quick of a rotation angle can be adjusted freely. CONSTITUTION:Power decelerated by pulleys 14, 15, 16 and 17 allows a rod 10 rotary shaft 26 to run in a round deformed rail 24 by turning force, and on the other hand, a rod 10 base point shaft 27 comes to run straightly in a base point rail 28, therefore, one tip part of an ankle receiving case rotary rod 10 comes to draw a circle. In order to vary how to draw this circle, the round deformed rail is used and the upper tip part of an ankle receiving case 4 is formed so as to be shallow, deep and wide in one side, the other side and to the left and the right, respectively, and so as to rotate like a deformed ellipse. In accordance with whether the rotational base point of the ankle becomes the anklebone or the heel, resistance given to the lower limb is varied.
