PURPOSE:To obtain a dust removing tower having a long service life, with no need for repairing and without the acidproof brick being peeled off or dropped for a long time by removing the alkaline component on the brick surface by sandblasting and adhering the component to the necessary part on the inner wall of the tower with an acidproof adhesive. CONSTITUTION:The alkaline component 12 such as Na and Ca on the surface layer of an acidproof brick 11 is removed by a sandblast consisting of a nozzle 4. The alkaline component is bonded to the necessary part on the inner wall of the dust removing tower with an acidproof adhesive such as an epoxy resin. Consequently, the brick is not peeled off or dropped for a long period, and the tower without need for repairing and having a long service life is obtained.
