Wire connector board mainly for electromotors - has plastics housing with midpoint connectors for coil connecting patterns, protective metal, camps and lacquer removal scrapers
The terminal connecting block replaces panel-mounted screw terminals used for electric motor junctions (10). A basic modular unit is created from which a series may be assembled to form a connector battery. Each module is fully self-contained and enclosed in a frame (7) with an incoming and outgoing screw terminal and protective clamping metal bracket (16). In another form, a number of in/out terminations are mounted togeth-er under a common protective hood in such a way that also extra benefits arise from access to midpoints on a pair of terminations to provide a convenient ability to form bridge connections for motor connections, such as star and deisa. Added utility is provided by incorporating into the terminal block sharp scraping knifes (13) against which the clamped laquered wire end can be freed from its insulated layer, before finally connected.
