The operational amplifier (V1) has its output (A1) coupled to a load (RL). The operational amplifier output is also coupled to an input (E2+) of an auxiliary amplifier (V2), whose output (A2) is also coupled to the operational amplifier output via resistor (R11). The resistor magnitude and the amplifying factor (v2) of the auxiliary amplifier are chosen so that the current (I2) supplied to the operational amplifier by the auxiliary one equals the current (IL-Ii) to be supplied by the operational amplifier for an infinitely high resistor. The amplifier circuit pref. has a differential amplifier (V3) whose one input (E3+) receives the input voltage (UE) to be amplified. ADVANTAGE - Simple design with low power requirements, distortions, and noise.
