Instrument to insert into a well bore to determine at least one fluid flow rate and composition of fluids produced in well bore, instrument adapted for insertion in well bore at the end of elongated tubing string, tubing strip adapted to conduct pressure fluid to instrument, comprises first section including means to connect instrument to tubing string and first passage means to receive pressure fluid from tubing string and second section to conduct well bore fluids from first space in well bore to second space in well bore. Instrument further comprises fluid pressure actuated seal means, valve means and shutoff valve means.
