摘要
PURPOSE:To enable a facing tile with an approximately 90 deg. bending angle to be controlled by using a basin-like frame provided with a movable horse-chestnut plate. CONSTITUTION:For example, a 5mm thick and 50mm wide horse-chestnut plate 6 with a downwardly inclined end face is set as located on a basin-like frame having an H-shaped section wherein upper and lower bottom plates 3 and 4, respectively, have a 5mm high step therebetween and a movable space 5 having a length of 50mm from the step to the end of the lower bottom plate 4 is formed while the horse-chestnut plate 6 is projected from the end of the lower bottom plate 4 by about 10mm. The surface of the horse-chestnut plate 6 is flush with the surface of the upper bottom plate 3. An unbaked tile 8 with two bends wherein each bend has an angle of 89 deg., a little smaller than 90 deg., with respect to a horizontal direction and which has a small bending angle between the base and the vertical portion of the bend is located on a plane wherein said two surfaces are flush with each other and the base of the bend of the tile and the downwardly inclined end face of the horse-chestnut plate are made abut against each other via an alumina. A vacant box is located in a lower- most stage and the basin-like frames on which the unbaked tiles 8 are located are stacked thereon so that the vertical portions of the adjacent tiles are alternately located on the opposite sides so that the adjacent vertical portions are not brought into contact with each other. Then, the tiles 8 are baked in a baking furnace.
