PURPOSE:To improve the secret protection performance by displaying the menu of only the business that has the using right to the users on a prescribed terminal only. CONSTITUTION:A menu control system contains the secret protection data 2, and an on-line business terminal 1 displays the corresponding business menu with input of a user ID and a password. Then the business right registered for each user is connected to the display contents of a menu screen. Thus the menu screen including the business having no using right is never visible to the user's eyes. Furthermore the business is never carried out via the terminal having no business executing right as long as the executing right of the business registered in accordance with each terminal 1 is connected to the display contents of the menu screen. As a result, the secret protection performance is improved.
