PURPOSE:To reduce vibration noise by mounting a combination stepped master wheel of steel casting with a special stepped rubber anti-noise wheel tire and a stepped tightening push board of steel casting as well, which is tightened in preset thrust with bolts and nuts. CONSTITUTION:A triple combination stepped-boss master wheel 1 of steel casting is mounted with a special stepped rubber anti-noise tire 2 and an anti-noise stepped pressure tightening push board 3 of steel casting as well, which is tightened with bolts and nuts so that 3-5kgs pressure is applied to the special stepped rubber anti-noise tire 2 to form a triple combination wheel. In this way, vibration noise can be reduced.
