PURPOSE:To obtain the subject dough flour having excellent flavor and plain texture without heaviness specific to OKONOMIYAKI (Japanese style pancake) by mixing a specific ratio of a powdery seaweed drink, powdery milk, powdery Chinese soup and powdery wine into raw dough flour. CONSTITUTION:Wheat flour is mixed with a powdery seaweed drink in an amount of about 4wt.% of the total, about 1wt.% powdery milk, about 3wt.% powdery Chinese soup and about 1wt.% powdery wine other than salt, flavor seasoning, baking powder and a powdery yam to afford the aimed dough flour.
