The invention relates to a key-ring consisting of a key-ring ring and of a charm which are mounted movably with respect to one another. The key-ring according to the invention is characterised in that it comprises a cylindrical spindle 4 carrying the key-ring ring at one end, the said spindle 4 having, in the vicinity of its other end, a coaxial narrowing 6, the said spindle 4 being housed in a bore 2 of the charm 1, a portion of the adjacent wall 8 of the charm 1 being deformed and driven-in against the said narrowing 6 in order to prevent the translational movement of the spindle 4 while still permitting its rotation with respect to the charm 1.
