recombinant proteins formed from an activation part (t-PA) of human plasminogen and tissue-type from a human urokinase portion (u-PA). The portion of t-PA comprises the H chain or H chain of a modified t-PA and u-PA portion comprises the B-chain of u-PA. L chain of t-PA and the chain of uPA are virtually absent. The invention also relates to recombinant genetic information coding for said recombinant protein, to a process for preparing the recombinant proteins, pharmaceutical compositions and a recombinant protein according to the invention.
