Using this process, the empty fruit shells and other residues such asfibres, silt, shells, seeds, trees can be used for the production of energyin a fluid bed reactor in the palm olive industry. The supply of the residuefrom the palm olive industry can take place either manually orautomatically. The residues from the palm olive industry are incinerated orvaporized with air and/or steam in a fluid bed reactor. The incinerationprocess of the residue from the palm olive industry results in only therecuperation of the thermal energy in the incineration gasses. Thevaporization process of residue from the palm olive industry results in theformation of an inflammable gas that contains thermal and chemical energy.This process manufactures steam or electricity from a steam turbine or steammachine, or thermal energy as a drying agent, or electricity from a dieselmotor or gas turbine. The ash can be recuperated and subsequently recycledinto a fertilizer. The fluid bed can be constructed as and used as a steamboiler.
