PURPOSE: To form a porous adhesive reinforced layer by bonding an incompatible polymer by treating at least one surface made of substantially PVDF to enable it to adhere to the incompatible polymer. CONSTITUTION: For example, a preheated extruded PVDF polyvinylidene fluoride plate is coated by a brush with 10 wt.% PVDF solution in a dimethylformaldehyde. PVDF powder is sprayed on a coated surface, the entire surface is heated to evaporate a solvent. Then, a torch is used to flame treat to melt a surface of the powder particle without breaking a porous structure of an adhesive reinforced surface. After cooling, it is coated with the porous PVDF layer. And, a polyester resin is fed to the treated surface, then a glass fiber mat layer and a polyester layer are sequentially laminated, and a polyester laminate covered with the PVDF is obtained.
