摘要

PURPOSE:To inhibit cyanide-resistant respiratory system of plant and induce male sterility by using inducing agent of male sterility containing compound inhibiting cyanide-resistant respiratory system such as salicylhydroxamic acid or disulfiram as active ingredient. CONSTITUTION:One of materials inhibiting cyanide-resistant respiratory system such as salicylhydroxamic acid, disulfiram, propylgallate or benzyladenine is contained in the aimed inducing as active ingredient. Said material inhibiting cyanide-resistant respiratory system is applied to plant (e.g., broccoli or rice plant) in a season of flower bud-forming of plant, for instance, scattering to plant body or applying rooting zone of plant body, and male sterile flower is generated in plant body, then plant pollen of different kind or descent is inseminated in said male sterile flower to obtain hybrid seed (namely, F1 seed production method).
