PURPOSE:To prevent errors caused by a temperature from occurring by providing an interpolation computer in an adjustment signal value memory and impressing an adjustment signal corresponding to the temperature at present time on a circuit to be calibrated. CONSTITUTION:A trigger signal synchronizing with a signal to be observed is inputted in an input terminal 21 and a saw-tooth-wave is generated in the circuit 10 to be calibrated which is a sweep waveform generator and outputted to an output terminal 22. Then, the signal 23 necessary for calibration is given to the circuit 10 from a calibration signal circuit 11 and a reference value 24 is given to a comparison circuit 12 from a reference value memory 13 where the reference value is stored. The circuit 12 compares the reference value 24 and the output signal 25 with a digital value which is A/D converted and outputs the adjustment signal 26 to the circuit 10. The adjustment signal value at the temperature which is not automatically calibrated is stored in the adjustment signal value memory 17. After the interpolation corresponding to the temperature is performed by the interpolation computer 15, the adjustment signal is impressed on the circuit 10. The circuit 10 is corrected with the signals 23 and 26 and the errors caused by the temperature is prevented from occurring.
