The receptacle comprises a tube 7 which is closed in sealed manner the two dimensions by bungs 1, 10 screwed in place. In the tube 7 are a gas cartridge 6 and an interior tube 8 containing a support for the preparation 17. A pin 5 is engaged in the orifice of the valve of the gas cartridge 6, this lug being provided at the end of one of the bungs 1 penetrating to the inside of the tube during the screwing in place. The tube 7 is dimensioned in such a way that, during the screwing in place of the plug 10, the gas cartridge 6 is filled with a protective gas is repulsed against the pin 5, which opens the valve of the cartridge. The gas which is in escapes delivers the air in the container, which then reaches the external atmosphere through a claper anti - back 11.
