When a rice boiling completion temperature is detected by a temperature sensing element 10, it is inputted through a temperature detecting circuit 11 to a microcomputer 12. The microcomputer 12 causes a transistor Q to be turned on, it causes the capacitor 15 to be discharged, the signal potential at the B point is made lower than the signal potential at the A point, and the heat reserving action is stored. Thus, even when the service interruption is generated in the middle of the rice boiling or heat reserving, a high potential or low potential at the B point is detected by the microcomputer 12 after the return of a power source, a TRIAC 7 for reserving a heat is conducted, and the return to a former rice boiling circuit 5 or heat reserving circuit 8 can be surely executed.
