PURPOSE:To eliminate maintenance work such as disassembling and cleaning, by filtering liquid with a suction filter having a filter paper renewing mechanism in an apparatus which analyzes the amount of components contained in a treating liquid mixed with a solid matter on line. CONSTITUTION:An absorbing oil used in circulation in an equipment for recovery of benzole or the like as attached to a coke furnace is sent into a sampling pipe 11 with a pump not illustrated from an appropriate sampling point. The absorbing oil in the sampling pipe 11 with a solenoid valve 13 kept open is sent to a pre-filter absorbing oil tank 15 via a feeding pipe 14 while the oil in other sampling tubes 11 is returned to a recovery equipment via a return pipe 12. The oil stored by a fixed amount in the tank 15 is filtered with a suction filter 18 having a filter paper 19 renewing mechanism to be sent to an absorbing oil tank 17 thereafter. The oil in the tank 17 returns to the recovery equipment passing through a filter 28 and a sample pipe 24 having a flowmeter 29. On the other hand, a part thereof is sampled with a sampling valve 25 halfway to be sent to a gas chromatograph analyzer 26.
